Aim trainers are useful for exactly one thing: warming up. They are excellent at it. What they cannot do is teach you to make a decision while your heart rate is at 140 and someone is flanking.
Review beats reps
Ten minutes of watching your own deaths, with the sound off, asking one question per death: what did I know before I walked into that. Not what could I have aimed better.
Warm up like the game
Five minutes of movement, five minutes of tracking, then a full match you treat as disposable. The first game of a session is a tax; pay it deliberately.
Cap the session
The players who climb fastest are almost never the ones playing the most hours. They are the ones who stop before tilt turns practice into rehearsal for bad habits.
